We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow expert with extensive experience in leading the development and enhancement of our platform.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations and related modules.We require strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and Servicenow scripting.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop, implement complex solutions including CMDB, Discovery and Service MappingConfigure customize Servicenow applications and modulesLead development of integrations between Servicenow and other enterprise systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical solutionsMentor junior developers provide technical guidanceEnsure best practices in coding testing deploymentFacilitate reuse of code components proven patternsPerform upgrade testing validate customizations configurations integrations across major minor releasesDevelop maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core functionalitiesTroubleshoot resolve platform issuesRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field5-7 years of Servicenow development experience with a focus on ITOMStrong knowledge of CMDB CSDM Discovery Service Mapping IntegrationsProficient in JavaScript HTML CSS Glide API REST/SOAP integrations Servicenow scriptingExperience with automation DevOps practicesThis is a full-time position we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
