What You'll Do?Team Support:Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.?CRM & Data Management:Ensureclient recordsinHubSpotand other systems are always updated and accurate.?Cross-Department Coordination:Work withSales, Marketing, and Operationsto ensure smooth communication and workflow.?Audits & Compliance:Performdaily auditsto maintain process adherence and data integrity.?Client Interaction:Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.?Reporting & KPIs:Trackkey metrics , generate reports, and providedata-driven insights .?Presentation & Proposal Support:Help create sales materials forclient meetings .?Administrative Assistance:Providead-hoc supportto ensure operational efficiency.What You'll Bring?Fluent English(written & spoken) with strong communication skills.?Extreme attention to detail– accuracy inSOP's, reporting, and documentation .? Strongorganizational skills– able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.?Adaptability & flexibility– comfortable in a growing, evolving company.? Experience insales administration or operations support(preferred).? Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools? Ability to workindependentlywhile collaborating in a team environment.?
