**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a major in Business or equivalent experience;
- Relevant work experience with technical sales, account management and marketing within industrial B2B environment in hygiene segment (non-wovens, adhesive tapes, adhesives or mechanical fasteners);
- Proven skills in developing profitable sales with new customers/markets;
- Strong experience in people management;
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time;
- Advanced/fluent English;
- Customer Experience knowledge;
- French and Spanish will be a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Sales deliverables in Brazil and Americas (Central and Latin) (stearing representatives);
- Work with product management teams in strategy implementation, while aggressively pursuing new sales and new markets;
- Directly develop sales and monitors existing agents/account management;
- Directly develop sales business partners/representatives;
- Develop and monitors customer growth plan;
- Identify new product development opportunities through market analysis;
- Responsible for product management, sales, and customer service organization;
- Build marketing and sales input for the three-year Strategic Plan for its customers /prospects;
- Prepare the annual sales budget;
- Responsible for updating quarterly sales forecasts;
- Provide business intelligence to feed the competitive database;
- Work closely with finance, manufacturing and planning to reduce costs and optimize profitability;
- Participate to Global Hygiene sales meetings;
- Reports to CEO.
