Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of multiple web-based products.This individual will be responsible for guiding the technical direction, making key decisions, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-built software.Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.Collaborate with product and design teams to turn requirements into well-structured solutions.Write clean, high-quality code using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).Manage integrations with external platforms.Ensure performance, reliability, and security best practices are applied throughout the stack.Support and mentor other developers.Requirements Strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Deep understanding of PostgreSQL.Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS.Comfortable with serverless architectures and microservices.Experience integrating third-party tools and identity providers.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and make thoughtful technical decisions.Nice to Have Experience in the education technology sector or large-scale user-facing platforms.Familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud.Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.About Us The opportunity to lead the technical direction of growing products from an early stage.A fast-paced, fully remote environment with a high level of autonomy.Collaboration with a passionate and professional team.
