Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region's digital future.About Your TeamThis role reports directly to the Operations Director and is part of the ALEC Data Centre Solutions core delivery team. The project delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction. The team works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.Your RoleReview and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution.Prepare and manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments.Monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and timelines.Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress documentation.Support project planning, cost control, and procurement activities.Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues proactively.Participate in inspections, testing, and handover processes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).5–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects.Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing.Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer· The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.· A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.· Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellentKindly upload your CV in English.
