Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining API integrations with Google Ads, as well as working with related APIs such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms.This role requires a deep understanding of backend development principles and the ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code.Additionally, experience with PHP (especially procedural codebases) is essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain API integrations with Google Ads.Work with related APIs such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms.Build data pipelines that enable reporting, attribution, and optimization across channels.Collaborate with analysts and media buyers to turn business needs into backend systems.Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and implement error handling and logging.Maintain and optimize legacy PHP systems, with potential to expand into other technologies.Requirements:Strong experience working with the Google Ads API and similar platforms.Expertise in PHP (especially procedural codebases); experience with other backend languages is a plus.5+ years backend development experience, ideally with a focus on marketing and analytics integrations.Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and eCommerce data flows.Ability to write reliable, efficient API clients and manage authentication/token flows.Strong debugging, documentation, and version control practices.
