Endpoint Management Team LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our endpoint management team, overseeing the maintenance and security of 600+ corporate devices across our global organization.This is a fully remote position that requires a leader with a focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in endpoint management, experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale, and a proven track record of automating tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.The selected individual will be responsible for:Managing a team of engineers and providing technical guidance and career development.Overseeing maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ endpoints using NinjaOne.Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Ensuring endpoints meet compliance requirements.Developing and implementing endpoint security policies and procedures.Managing vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providers.Responding to and troubleshooting complex endpoint issues.Creating and maintaining documentation for endpoint standards and processes.Collaborating with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategies.Monitoring endpoint health metrics and implementing improvements to enhance reliability.Coordinating patch management cycles and ensuring timely deployment across all devices.The successful candidate will have:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams.5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience.Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.Demonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar.Deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA).Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.Benefits of this role include:Fully remote work arrangement.Opportunity to work with a global organization.Chance to develop and implement innovative solutions.Prominent role in shaping the endpoint management strategy.We offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.Professional growth opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.A competitive compensation package.
