Description

Job: Customer Success Analyst

As an Customer Success Analyst at Simplus a 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
The analyst will carry out the implementation of the project starting with the Kick-off,
monitoring the activities belonging to each phase and will pass on to the client the status of
the project. At the end, you will be responsible for the (active) support, training and
engagement actions of your portfolio customers.
It is essential that you have a good relationship with the client (internal / external), know how
to solve immediate problems, skill in communication and argumentation, and follow up of
processes generated in the service.

Desired Skills and Experience: *

University Degree Completed or in progress.
Professional Experience: Minimum 06 months of experience with customer service.
Professional / Technical Training and Languages: Advanced Spanish
