**Marketing Automation Specialist, Latin America**
**Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world**
As Marketing Automation Specialist you will play a key role for the Transportation and Electronics Business Group, assuring that campaigns and marketing automation projects are delivered to 3M customers in Latin America.
In this role you will blend strategy with technical capabilities to design and develop campaign architecture that drives results.
You will oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery for stakeholders.
**The impact you will make in this role**:
- Develop digital marketing programs for lead generation, contact acquisition, nurturing, and lead management
- Work with Marketing teams and stakeholders to optimize digital marketing strategy, leveraging automation and new capabilities
- Work with Development teams to execute campaigns and optimize digital experiences
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Work collaboratively with other digital marketing disciplines such as web experience, SEO, and demand generation
**Your Skills and Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related areas
- Experience with digital marketing
- Project management experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, MailChimp, etc.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database management
- Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, HTML5, PHP, etc.)
- Strong ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Advanced English is required
**Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include**:
- Proven experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce
- Understanding of data privacy and anti-spam legislation
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
- Power user of MS Office and MS Productivity Tools
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
