We are seeking a talented RPG Gaming Support Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:Answering player inquiries via email and providing accurate solutions to their issues.Troubleshooting technical problems and guiding players to the right answers.Collaborating with our team to resolve complex player issues and provide exceptional customer service.Your primary responsibilities will include:Email Support: Responding to player emails in a timely and professional manner.Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to our games.Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:Develop Your Skills: Enhance your knowledge of our games and technologies through ongoing training and development.Be Part of a Young International Team: Join a dynamic and diverse team that values collaboration and innovation.Enjoy Competitive Benefits: Receive a competitive salary, internal bonuses, and 20 paid days off (vacation) per year.To be successful in this role, you will need:Key Requirements:Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with players and team members.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Language Skills: Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer systems, including email and internet use.Working Hours:24/7 coverage - 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8.5 hours working shifts.Schedule: Shifts 02:*******:30 GMT+2 Time Zone (21:00PM - 5:30AM BRT)We offer a fully remote work environment, which means you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in gaming, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
