Full Stack Engineer Job DescriptionThis role is focused on creating and maintaining modular frontend web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and testability.The ideal candidate will have experience with React or React Native, particularly with functional components and hooks, as well as statically typed languages such as Go, C, C++, or Rust.They should also have a solid understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and RESTful APIs, and be proficient in Redux, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.A successful candidate should be committed to high-quality coding practices, including comprehensive documentation, active participation in code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.The team focuses on enhancing rewards systems and preference centers for Total Wine Website, integrating promotion engineering, performing maintenance work, updating Node, Go, and security vulnerability work.Responsibilities include developing and updating shared component libraries, mentoring and coaching mid-level and junior developers, fostering a positive team atmosphere, translating functional requirements into responsive components and pages, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, contributing to code reviews and automated testing efforts, and participating in an on-call rotation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain modular frontend web and mobile applicationsDevelop and update shared component librariesMentor and coach mid-level and junior developersFoster a positive team atmosphereTranslate functional requirements into responsive components and pagesMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issuesContribute to code reviews and automated testing effortsParticipate in an on-call rotation
