Our mission is to deliver quality-driven, structured recruitment services that meet the specific needs of our international clients.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate managementCollaborate closely with clients in the US and Canada to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidatesProactively source and engage IT professionals via platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.Conduct technical screenings with candidates, leveraging your own coding knowledge to ask and understand programming-related questionsCoordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring processMaintain and update candidate records in our database/ATSQualificationsExcellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher)Solid experience in IT recruiting, ideally in international marketsHands-on coding experience (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar) and the ability to understand and evaluate technical discussions with candidatesFamiliarity with tech roles, programming languages, and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)A structured and independent working style, strong communication skillsExperience working remotely is a plusWhat We OfferA long-term contract with growth potentialFlexible working hours (preferred availability during US/Canada Eastern Time)100% remote work in an international and supportive environmentCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonusesA chance to be part of a professional, mission-driven team
