The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within our rapidly growing company.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing.Organize and execute candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough prep and follow-up.Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate hiring.Customize recruitment strategies per client and vacancy.Collaborate with sales for business development.Requirements:At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with 1+ years in full lifecycle IT recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong self-management and independence.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years).
