OverviewThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company.We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in EMEA/LATAM.In this role, you will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive and impactful design solutions that address real business and user challenges.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant, functional, and scalable design systems while driving innovation in product development.Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of the entire design cycle—from research and ideation to testing and delivery.This is an opportunity to contribute to redefining how people work globally, while growing your expertise in a dynamic, international setting.ResponsibilitiesConduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain pointsDevelop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutionsThink strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levelsPresent and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholdersDefine acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design processTake full ownership of design work from ideation to final releaseCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and DevelopersWork across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboardsBuild, maintain, and update components within the Design SystemRequirementsMinimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applicationsStrong expertise in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in design systemsProven B2B product design backgroundAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quicklyComfortable working in close collaboration with development teamsExperience contributing across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to QABased in EMEA or LATAM time zonesPassion for design, with the ability to balance depth of focus and rapid executionNice to haveHigher education in a design-related fieldBenefitsCompetitive compensation and stock grant opportunities, depending on role and locationScalable perks and benefits tailored to your country of residenceFlexibility to work fully remotely, with optional access to WeWork spacesInclusive workplace that values diversity and supports equal opportunities for all#J-18808-Ljbffr
