About OnSign TVOnSign TV is a Digital Signage Management Solution for Android, Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS, allowing users to manage digital signage down to each individual screen.The platform enables users to remotely customize content on displays via the cloud from anywhere with an Internet connection.The fast-paced startup, based in Hong Kong, serves customers internationally in sectors such as healthcare, transit, banking, hospitality, retail, and education.At OnSign TV, you will find a respectful and welcoming environment, where learning and growth are encouraged.Our office in Trindade, Florianópolis offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen, snacks, coffee, and beverages available.The workspace is surrounded by several restaurants and commercial establishments, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to work.What you will doContinuously update OnSign tutorials, including text, images, and practical examples;Maintain and expand the FAQ by identifying recurring questions from customers and support teams;Monitor product updates and ensure documentation reflects all changes and new features.;Review and improve information architecture for clarity and ease of navigation;Produce tutorial videos (screen casting) for YouTube and internal use;Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to align technical and non-technical messaging;Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand documentation.RequirementsAbility to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory;Analytical and didactic skills to translate technical terms into accessible language;Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, FAQs, knowledge bases);Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar);Basic skills in image editing and screencasting;Experience with SaaS or B2B software;Passion for technology and curiosity to explore;Creativity to propose alternative solutions.On-site presence required at Trindade, Florianópolis.Nice-to-haveSpanish as a third language;Knowledge of technical SEO to optimize support pages and tutorials.Basic video editing experience.Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical areas.Ability to quickly learn new tools.What we offerMeal or food allowance: R$ *****/month;Health plan (Unimed, 20% coparticipation);Dental plan (Uniodonto, no coparticipation);Gym allowance: reimbursement up to R$ 250;Life insurance;PLR: up to 1 monthly salary (based on company results);Language course.Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLTPagamento: R$*****,92 - R$*****,00 por mêsBenefícios:Assistência médicaAssistência odontológicaAuxílio-educaçãoParticipação nos lucrosSeguro de vidaVale-alimentaçãoVale-refeiçãoVale-transportePergunta(s) de seleção:Qual é a sua pretensão salarial?(CLT, bruto)Idioma:Inglês (Obrigatório)Espanhol (Preferencial)
