What you will doContinuously update OnSign tutorials, including text, images, and practical examples;Maintain and expand the FAQ by identifying recurring questions from customers and support teams;Monitor product updates and ensure documentation reflects all changes and new features.
;Review and improve information architecture for clarity and ease of navigation;Produce tutorial videos (screen casting) for YouTube and internal use;Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to align technical and non-technical messaging;Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand documentation.
RequirementsAbility to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, is mandatory;Analytical and didactic skills to translate technical terms into accessible language;Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, FAQs, knowledge bases);Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar);Basic skills in image editing and screencasting;Experience with SaaS or B2B software;Passion for technology and curiosity to explore;Creativity to propose alternative solutions.On-site presence required at Trindade, Florianópolis.Nice-to-haveSpanish as a third language;Knowledge of technical SEO to optimize support pages and tutorials.Basic video editing experience.Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical areas.Ability to quickly learn new tools.
