Senior Mobile Developer

ADP SBS division is searching for a Senior Application Developer - Mobile to help us integrate the latest iteration of our cutting-edge payroll platform into the mobile space.The project is build on top of a cross-platform application based on Flutter.Applicants should be experienced engineers who are passionate about great user experiences on mobile devices, can show initiative and who can work independently when required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test new features by updating existing code and building from the ground up.Make key contributions to our architecture and unified Flutter codebase, supporting both iOS and Android clientsParticipate in the full product development cycle, contributing mobile expertise from feature inception through development and release.Lead technical discussions and drive decision-making on mobileParticipate in application architecture and introduces best practices for writing performant, testable, and idiomatic code.Ensure mobile applications meet acessibility and security standardsParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.Write unit tests and collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive automated test coverage.Work closely with project managers, designers, data specialists, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.Optimize the platform for high performance by writing quality code and partnering with QA to test and resolve bugs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of hybrid mobile app development experience (Flutter, React Native)5+ years of experience in software developmentKnowledge of layouts, themes, styles, views and other UI conceptsExperience of Git/GithubCares about User Experience and has strong debugging skillsExcellent OO skills and a solid understanding of basic OO concepts, design patterns and solid principlesPassion for web technologies in general is desiredHigh attention to detailStrong interest in staying updated with the latest AI trends and tools relevant to mobile development.Experience with GitHub CopilotExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred SkillsExperience with NodeJs, React, Mongo is a huge plusJava/Kotlin experienceSwift/Objective C experienceC#/.NETWhat are you waiting for?Apply todayO modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é híbrido, com escritório localizado em Porto Alegre/RS.Considerando que as atividades desempenhadas pelos ocupantes deste cargo envolvem acesso a informações altamente confidenciais e sensíveis de clientes da ADP e de seus respectivos empregados, a ADP reserva-se o direito de conduzir checagem de histórico, de tempos em tempos, conforme autoriza o Incidente de Recurso de Revista Repetitivo no 01 do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, mediante consentimento do candidato/trabalhador.Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science required, or equivalent education and experience.Experience: 4 -
