Responsibilities
Lead and manage priority projects for the Division and Agency, including audits and regulatory changes
Assess project feasibility and develop implementation tools to achieve program goals
Obtain necessary resources and ensure effective use of government resources
Monitor project progress and evaluate overall effectiveness and productivity
Review staff recommendations on policies and programmatic implications related to project work
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus five or more years of experience in project coordination or equivalent experience
Knowledge of project management lifecycle and development of project management documents
Familiarity with healthcare industry and managed care concepts and practices
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication skills for delivering information to various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Project Manager
Experience in managed care/health care, policy/report writing, and compliance audits
Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills
Ability to adapt leadership style to different situations
