System Administrator Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team.
As a critical member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows environment.This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:Managing Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Performing root-cause analysis and resolving issues related to authentication and system performance.Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues within a Windows environment.Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
