Join to apply for the Account Manager - Hunting, Brazil Amazon Marketplace role at Amazon.2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants.DescriptionYour role will focus on contributing to new acquisition (50%) through hunting, specifically phone/email-based prospecting and recruiting new merchants who can bring their competitive range of products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
You will also work with merchants as an account manager (50%) – helping them launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.
Additionally, you will use feedback from merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other legally protected status.Key job responsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.Provide new merchants with insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.Educate merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.Learn category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing for tailored pitches.Track, report, analyze, and interpret merchant development results.Manage time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.Basic QualificationsExperience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience with pipeline management tools like Salesforce or other CRM systems.Track record of exceeding sales goals.For workplace accommodations, please visit this link.
