This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.

QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent organizational, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to type 20+ WPMBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Basic understanding of Windows operating systemsReliable with regular attendance and punctualityAbility to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issuesAptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiationCustomer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious)Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manageStrong team orientation and customer focusThrives in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguityExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers
