The HR and QHES Director is responsible for aligning people, culture, and operational sustainability strategies with the company's overall business goals.Acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, this role translates business needs into actionable HR and QSMS strategies that drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence in safety, quality, and environmental performance.ResponsibilitiesTranslate the company's business strategy into integrated People and QHES plans, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and operational practices.Lead the talent attraction, development, and retention strategy, strengthening organizational culture and leadership pipelines.Drive compensation, performance, and succession policies aligned with meritocracy and business outcomes.Ensure governance and compliance in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management, fostering a preventive and sustainable culture.Promote continuous improvement and process excellence, driving operational efficiency and superior results.Support executives and managers in data-driven decision-making through strategic HR and QHES performance indicators.Act as a change agent, leading cultural and structural transformations that enable business growth and competitiveness.Represent the company before external stakeholders, ensuring ethical and transparent relationships.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.Postgraduate or MBA in People Management, Strategy, Sustainability, or related disciplines.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership, people management, and team building skillsAdvanced English
