- Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
- Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all of your goals.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.Key job responsibilitiesYou and your team of warehouse associates are responsible for ensuring that Amazon customers receive their orders.

Innovation has made us the global leader we are today.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Employee and performance management experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology techniquesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
