OverviewJoin to apply for the Client Success Manager - **** - Brazil role at Bionic Talent.This range is provided by Bionic Talent.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeSalary: USD **** to USD **** per monthAbout the ClientOur client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping dental clinics grow through comprehensive digital solutions.They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.About the roleWe are hiring a Client Success Manager for our client to serve as the trusted partner to their clients, helping them understand, navigate, and succeed with their digital marketing strategies.You'll be managing ***** client accounts, coordinating between the internal team and clients to ensure goals are met and relationships are nurtured.This role requires high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate digital marketing concepts simply and clearly.The right candidate is confident, an active listener, and capable of understanding both the emotional tone and technical needs of non-technical clients.Professional Fluency In English Is Essential and Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.What you'll be doingManage and nurture ***** client accounts in the digital marketing industryTranslate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communicationAct as the main point of contact for all client queries, status updates, and feedbackEnsure project deliverables are met on time by coordinating efficiently with the internal teamPrioritize requests based on impact and team capacity — avoiding overload on any one specialistProactively report progress, task completions, and updates without needing remindersOversee project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp, ensuring transparency and accountability across teamsMonitor project pipelines and keep tasks organized, updated, and moving efficiently through ClickUpTrack and analyze campaign performance data; provide clients with clear, insightful reports and recommendations based on analyticsWho are we looking for?Minimum 3 years of experience as Client Success Manager or related fieldProficiency in organizational tools and CRMs like ClickUp, GoHighLevel, etc.Solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly Web design, SEO, and Google AdsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsExcellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactivelyExperience working in digital marketing agencies is requiredFluent in English, oral and writtenPosition detailsPosition: Client Success ManagerRemote Status: Fully RemotePreferred Location: GlobalWorking Hours: 9 am to 6 pm ESTHolidays: US Local HolidaysJob functionOtherIndustries: Human Resources ServicesInternal Job ID: ****Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bionic Talent.#J-*****-Ljbffr
