- Support the CSR team in executing End customer, Distribution and Retail order operations, backlog management, and customer engagement.This internship provides hands-on experience in the Lead-to-Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction Responsibilities: - Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.- Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs.- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.- Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.- Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews.Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.- Basic understanding of supply chain or order-to-cash processes is a plus.- Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.Spanish is a plus.LI-POST Job - Administration Schedule - Full time
