About Petrohire\Helpers can deliver high-quality dining experiences and operate with strong financial discipline.Our locations serve thousands of guests every week, and we are committed to excellence in both customer experience and operational performance.Our organization has expanded steadily over the past several years, and we are preparing for continued growth.With multiple concepts and locations under management, we need a professional who can help build the financial systems, processes, and reporting that will support us as we scale.Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations across our restaurant group.This role ensures accurate financial reporting, implements strong controls, and supports decision-making with timely analysis.You'll work closely with the leadership team to manage budgets, streamline processes, and provide insights that improve profitability.Oversight of all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManagement of cash flow, forecasts to support company growthEnsure compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirementsImplementation and improvement of accounting systems, policies, and proceduresPartnership with operations leadership to track restaurant performance and profitabilityProvision of detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide business decisionsWe're looking for someone with careful attention to detail and accuracy in financial work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset is essential – able to spot issues early and propose solutions.Clear communication skills are also crucial.Required Skills and QualificationsWe require:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldValid registration with the relevant accountancy boardAt least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, ideally including restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector experienceStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with US GAAP or IFRS reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reportingStrong English communication skillsBenefitsWe offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for career advancement and professional growthA competitive salary and benefits packageAccess to ongoing training and development programsA collaborative and inclusive team cultureOthersWe value:
