Job Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing operations in the Preparation Area according to operational procedures and quality system requirements.
Verify received raw materials from the Weighing Department.
Operate reactors, verify balances, and operate pH meters and densitometers.
Execute product manufacturing following pharmaceutical documentation.
Provide utilities for cleaning and disinfecting filling lines before and after operations.
Conduct process analyses and controls during manufacturing and filling.
Verify balances with standard weights.
Clean and sanitize the area and equipment.
Document manufacturing processes to ensure traceability.
Record all product losses during manufacturing.
Prepare and apply disinfectant solutions per procedures.
Test the integrity of filters used in production.
Report any quality deviations or safety incidents to supervisors.
Assist in training operators in preparation activities.
Review documentation and logbooks regularly.
Support equipment qualification processes.
Comply with SSMA procedures to ensure safety, health, and environmental standards.
