Supervisor de Recrutamento e Seleção (Fluente em Inglês)100% Remoto | PJ: R$ 6.000 | Seg. a Sex, 10h às 19h BRT Somos uma BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) especialista em conectar talentos da América Latina a oportunidades internacionais, principalmente no mercado norte-americano.
Nosso departamento de Recrutamento & Seleção é estratégico e fundamental para o crescimento da empresa, e estamos em busca de um Supervisor que traga visão, agilidade e capacidade de liderança para garantir resultados consistentes.
O que oferecemos Remuneração: R$ 6.000 Jornada de segunda a sexta, das 10h às 19h BRT .
Trabalho 100% remoto , com contato direto com a Diretoria.

Responsabilidades Dirigir na totalidade o departamento de Recrutamento e Seleção, sendo responsável pela gestão de todo o pipeline da operação, bem como manutenção da equipe (recrutamento e treinamento) Supervisionar e direcionar a equipe de Recrutadores e Assistentes, garantindo total alcance das demandas e entregas de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes.
Garantir fluxo alto e constante de entrevistas, bem como a qualidade dos candidatos apresentados aos clientes, assegurando alinhamento com os requisitos das vagas.
Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e propor planos de ação estratégicos para melhorar fluxo, conversão e resultados.
Produzir relatórios claros e objetivos para a Diretoria, promovendo visibilidade da operação e seus resultados.
Atuar com senso de urgência e adaptabilidade, resolvendo gargalos e conflitos operacionais rapidamente, assegurando continuidade da operação.
Utilizar de forma estratégica ferramentas como LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS (preferencialmente Manatal), Agenda e Planilhas.
Requisitos Experiência mínima de 2 anos como líder de equipe de Recrutamento e Seleção .
Inglês fluente ( nível C1 ou C2) – essencial para avaliar candidatos para vagas internacionais.
Vivência com LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards e ATS (diferencial para quem já trabalhou com Manatal).
Desejável experiência em recrutamento de alto volume e/ou internacional .
Perfil analítico, organizado, estratégico e com forte senso de urgência .
Personalidade resiliente , resolutiva e grande capacidade de autogestão .
