With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteThe front-line team needs to have stronger management capabilities, set up operation support positions, be responsible for the closed loop of business projects, communicate and connect the front and back lines, be able to break down goals and follow up on them according to the recruitment process requirements, and newly submit Rio's operation support positions.Job Responsabilities:Drive business projects within the department to full closure, collaborating with frontline staff to ensure accountability for results and achievement of project milestones.Serve as an advisory role for business management based on strong business acumen, assisting managers in tracking KPIs, identifying issues, and providing data-driven decision support.Support departmental culture-building and employee engagement initiatives, overseeing copywriting, execution, and post-event reviews for all activities.Facilitate departmental meetings and project implementation, ensuring timely closure of action items and decisions.Handle daily operational tasks according to departmental needs, providing comprehensive support for seamless workflow.Job RequirementsHard SkillsAdvanced/Fluent English skill Bachelor's degree or above preferred.Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills.Proficient in statistical analysis and strategic thinking.Highly adaptable, responsible, with strong execution skills and quick response to checks.Skilled in using office productivity software.Soft SkillsCommunication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills; able to mobilize teams and align stakeholders.Intercultural Fluency: Open-minded and curious about multicultural content and perspectives; strong intercultural communication skills.Creative Agility: Fast learner with a high standard for creative iteration and innovation.Strategic Thinking: Holistic mindset with the ability to connect brand strategy to business outcomesLocation: 100% On site
