Talent Operations Specialist Job SummaryThis role is responsible for driving operational efficiency by executing key steps in the talent acquisition process.Key tasks include scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and reporting statuses to stakeholders.The ideal candidate should excel in executing operational excellence, streamlining workflows, optimizing cross-functional handoffs, reducing timelines, and improving candidate experience.Manage end-to-end operational steps including communication, scheduling, and onboarding to ensure seamless transitions.Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents and meetings while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop standard operating procedures, and implement automation solutions.Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Maintain structured spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards while supporting audits and reporting efforts.Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps, including communication, scheduling, and onboarding.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents and meetings.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies and quality standards while supporting audits and reporting efforts.
