About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer/Consultant to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the creation of technology frameworks and providing technical leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation.Your primary focus will be on designing systems and services that run on D365 platforms, leading technical teams across the organization to achieve cloud transformation goals.
You will also coach members of the team, drive solutions forward, and take a pragmatic approach to ensure success in challenging environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and Engineering: Assist with system design and engineering the solution using Microsoft CRM, Azure Features, and .
net technologies.Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.Proof of Concept (POC): Perform POC for new business requirements and work closely with business to convert the POC to a working model.Process Development: Create process flows, system tasks for requirements, customize, and configure Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.Project Leadership: Manage development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM application and provide oversight to other developers in the team, reviewing their deliverables.Support and Maintenance: Support Quality Assurance team during testing process and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Business Analysis: Support production system, analyze, and resolve business-critical issues within SLA timeline.Technology Evaluation: Evaluate tools and technologies in market which will improve business process and benefit customer.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.Experience with at least two IT disciplines, including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.Experience with D365.Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.Knowledge of all components of technical.Dynamics 365 (CE and F&O).
