This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.What You'll DoWork closely with the People and Finance departments to process payroll for employees in multiple countriesWork with agencies on international payrollCalculate wages and other compensation components, including equity-based awardsManage multi-currency payroll, including handling exchange rate complexitiesHandle garnishments, benefits deductions, and other special payroll adjustmentsAct as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiriesEnsure payroll complies with international, federal, and local tax laws and labor regulationsPrepare and file payroll tax reports, including quarterly and annual filingsSupport audits related to workers' compensation, 401(k), and other benefits, ensuring accurate reporting and complianceCreate and implement policies and procedures for interdepartmental processes around onboarding, off-boarding, variable compensation, etc.Maintain a current and accurate view of global headcount costing with an overlay of hiring requisitionsWhat You Need5+ years managing global payroll for 500+ employees across multiple countriesCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certifications are a plusProficiency in global payroll systems and intermediate Excel skillsDeep understanding of US and international tax laws, labor laws, and statutory reporting requirementsExceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
