Order Intake Coordinator

Work with physicians and patients to validate orders through accurate collection of demographic, insurance, and medical justification data.? Assist in patient care by preparing new prescriptions.? Communicate with the provider regarding any compliance issues or necessary addendums to a patient's prescription.? Ensure compliance standards are met on all orders received.? Perform prior authorization and insurance eligibility checks.Qualifications? Advanced or Fluent English (essential, training and interactions will be in English).? Experience in customer service or related activities.? Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or surgical scheduling is preferred.Professionals with healthcare experience will be considered an asset.?
