OverviewJoin to apply for the People Business Partner - Remote Work role at BairesDevAt BairesDev, we\'ve been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world\'s Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you\'re taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.We are seeking a People Business Partner to support client-facing Software Engineers in their lifecycle from onboarding through the checkout process.The People Business Partner will oversee a portfolio of multiple clients spanning a vast territory while keeping satisfaction levels high and stable.This role schedules meetings and maintains a high level of connection with people while identifying potential attrition risks promptly within their portfolio, so concrete actions can be taken to address and mitigate each risk.This role combines HR expertise with strategic thinking to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.What You'll DoSchedule and conduct 1:1 meetings with Software Engineers to validate their level of satisfaction with their projects and stakeholders.Register each 1:1 in our ERP and tag the potential identified risks to provide visibility to all main stakeholders.Upon an attrition risk situation, coordinate and deploy the necessary steps along with the main stakeholders so an action plan can be set in motion to contain and/or mitigate the risk\'s trigger.Support Project Managers during the whole lifecycle of talent in the company, from onboarding to checkout, to guarantee each step is conducted according to protocol.Coordinate actions with several stakeholders to ensure excellent service is provided to customers while maintaining a high level of satisfaction of Software Engineers.What we are looking forMandatory:4+ years of formal working experience in HR.Experience or natural skills to conduct negotiation calls.Ability to build proposals and close deals with Developers.Experience in people, culture, talent or training.1+ years working in any customer service area/company.HRBP experience.Experience with the IT industry.Spanish and Portuguese language skills.What we offer100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred.Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.ApplyApply now and become part of a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive#J-18808-Ljbffr
