In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and scaling course partnerships across Brazil combining strategic vision with strong performance marketing expertise.
You'll work closely with both product and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.Curious to learn more?
Connect with your team: Aryadne ZonettiYour day-to-day:Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, course creators, edtechs, educational institutesBuild and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnershipsConduct negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact dealsNurture existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase salesRun and monitor partners' marketing campaignsHandle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environmentMeasure, analyze, and optimize performanceReport and identify areas of new opportunitiesLeverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business growReport on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challengesYour skills and experience:Proven experience working with digital performance marketingProven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing)Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic toolsHigh attentiveness to details combined with proactivenessPerfect spoken and written communication in English languageExperience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantageExperience working within the educational field and online courses would be considered an advantageBenefits for you:360 Growth: Access to platforms like Reforge and Scribd, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries and industry-leading subscriptions.
