At Yuno, every role impacts the payment revolution. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Partnership Team, part of our Commercial area. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with existent partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI
  • Negotiate and coordinate partner events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities for the commercial team
  • Support commercial teams by escalating merchants’ requests and issues with partners to ensure swift resolution
  • Attend industry lunches, dinners, and events to represent Yuno and generate business opportunities for the commercial team
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English, advanced Spanish is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience with Card Schemes or Payment Networks
  • Skilled in negotiating with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Payment Providers for payment services
  • Expertise in LATAM and NAMER payment acceptance and e-commerce strategies
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships, performance, and executive escalations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with strategic and creative problem-solving skills for business growth
