Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that oversees all partnership opportunities for the organization. The Brand Partnerships Director will be responsible for vetting and responding to inbound partnership inquiries, developing proactive outreach strategies, and managing the organization's ambassador, affiliate, and loyalty programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Vet and respond to inbound partnership inquiries, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and target audience.
  • Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to secure high-value collaborations.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage ongoing communication with potential partners, from initial inquiry through contract execution and partnership launch.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's brand ambassador, affiliate, and loyalty programs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to ensure active engagement and program growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, influencer programs, or brand collaborations.
  • A proven track record in securing and managing partnerships that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing ambassador, affiliate, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
