Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Creative Vision: Own the creative vision for key accounts, partnering with Creative Directors to shape brand expression and output.
  • Guide Conceptual Direction: Guide conceptual direction and ensure alignment with customer goals across campaigns, content, and formats.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer calls and creative presentations, offering clear rationale, feedback, and recommendations.
  • Champion Quality: Champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement.
  • Provide Strong Direction: Provide strong, actionable direction to creative teams across disciplines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to ensure alignment between vision, scope, and resources.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and inspire talent, raising the bar across projects through coaching and feedback.
  • Generative AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E) to support ideation and design when relevant.
  • AI Adoption: Help teams adopt AI to enhance creativity and efficiency, without compromising quality.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain competitive edge.
