Affiliate Regional Marketing Manager Role

Establish a global affiliate growth strategy to drive partner expansion and maximize business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in scaling affiliate networks, SaaS inbound marketing, email automation flows, and digital growth initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate growth plan aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliates through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Design and optimize email nurture campaigns for onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Reactivate dormant affiliates and enhance existing performance by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Negotiate partnerships, including CPA deals, sales commitments, and placements that drive value and ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and networks through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to inform data-driven decisions and improve ROI.
  • Create compelling content and engage in communities to establish thought leadership and industry recognition.
  • Ensure compliance, mitigate fraud, and maintain program integrity through rigorous monitoring and quality control.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, especially SaaS, global networks, and inbound strategies.
  • Expertise in email automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and results orientation to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to foster partnerships and drive growth.
  • Experience creating targeted content and engaging communities to build thought leadership and industry recognition.
