The role of a Global Demand and Planning Analyst is pivotal in driving business growth and success. Our team requires an individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operating costs, inventory value, and customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Care, and Logistics to achieve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production facilities, New Product Launch Specialist, and Procurement to ensure timely new product availability.
- Analyze data on product knowledge, dealer profiles, seasonality, and regional/local conditions to inform inventory planning strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in Forecast & Planning to improve parts availability and service delivery.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results and accomplishments.
- Manage and manipulate data in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to drive results-oriented solutions and contribute to the growth of our business.
