Data Center Security Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team. As a Data Center Security Manager, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to our Data Center Infrastructure Operations team in São Paulo.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in security operations, with the ability to perform structured security risk assessments and investigate site incidents. You will also be responsible for analyzing situations, making quick decisions, and formulating action plans.
In addition, you will oversee the contract guard force at the cluster level, handling multiple sites operations including security incidents, escalations, or any other security-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Core Security Expertise:
- At least 5 years of security operations experience
- Able to perform structured security risk assessments
- Able to investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports
- Able to analyze situations, make quick decisions, and formulate action plans
- Experience in training others in security procedures
- Management & Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields
- At least 3 years of Vendor Management experience
- Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics
- Able to work independently with little direction
As a Data Center Security Manager, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a team environment, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to financial decisions for security requirements.
Technical Expertise- Working knowledge of access control and video surveillance equipment (Lenel and/or Bosch)
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where numerous systems/applications/software are highly dependent
