Physical Security Specialist

The purpose of this role is to oversee and execute physical security operations in support of our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational oversight for day-to-day data center security activities.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic security initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.
Security Operations & Strategy:
  • Be responsible for multiple site security operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive security strategy through daily tactics and objectives.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, thefts, disturbances and discrepancies.
Contract Management:
  • Manage contract guard services.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for contract personnel and drive their completion.
Training & Performance Management:
  • Enhance existing security training program.
  • Train others on proper security processes and methods.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in security operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft office tools.
