This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to increase business growth through reciprocating compressor sales, including spare parts, repairs, field service, and maintenance units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to win back clients or units in the service area (including spare parts, repairs, field service, and M&U)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reciprocating compressor business growth and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Work with regional organizations to build and implement go-to-market strategies for reciprocating compressor solutions
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Implement technological advancements to enhance reliability, availability, and maintainability of reciprocating compressors
- Monitor market and competitor activity to find opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of reciprocating compressors and its applications in the compression business
- Proven record of developing and driving successful growth strategies
- Excellent social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
