This role is pivotal in the execution of strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction. As a Business Development Executive, you will lead the implementation of retail processes, empowering dealers to sell a comprehensive range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure dealers meet sales targets by promoting tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, and hay products.
- Oversee commercial product demonstrations and collaborate with Dealer Development to suggest restructuring and action plans.
- Co-manage dealers across sales, parts, service, finance, and trade policies.
- Work with Marketing to define advertising and promotion strategies.
- Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program, prioritizing sales and maintenance actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Experience in AG Market (Agrochemicals, fertilizer, AG machinery), Construction Equipment, or Automotive segment.
- Market knowledge in agriculture, automobile, or trucks segment is essential.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with control and improvement of KPIs.
- Ability to travel and experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program.
- Finance knowledge, including costs, financial mathematics, and balance sheet analysis.
This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer relationships.
