Job Title: Commercial Coordinator

About This Role

This is a key position that will play a crucial role in the implementation of our business strategies. The successful candidate will lead the execution of our retail process and its correlated programs and actions, through our dealers to the market, delivering our sales plan (market share and volume) in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for our dealers, enabling them to sell a full line of products and services.
  • Manage commercial product demonstrations.
  • Work with our Dealer Development area suggesting restructuring and formulating action plans to be submitted to our Dealer Management Committee.
  • Co-manage dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies).
  • Define with our Marketing Department the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers.
  • Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting forward sales and maintenance actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics or Engineering.
  • Market knowledge in agriculture, automobile or trucks segment is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, control and improvement of KPIs.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program.
  • Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.).
