We focus on scalable, end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base, combining management consulting with data and technology for strategic insights.We are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant with experience in cybersecurity or related security technologies to support growth in this sector.
The ideal candidate is passionate about security solutions, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial.Key CompetenciesCommercial Orientation: Identifying opportunities leveraging Data & Services capabilities, cross-selling, and partnering on contracting.Problem Solving: Leading teams to identify critical issues and develop business-focused solutions.Analytic Skills: Structured problem solving and effective use of technical capabilities.Project & Client Management: Delivering projects successfully and building client confidence.Communication & Leadership: Effective communication and motivating teams, instilling urgency and ownership.Integrity: Upholding Mastercard's values of honesty and integrity.Candidate ProfileDegree with extensive work experience post-graduationProven sales or business development experience in security solutions, including authentication and cybersecurity productsDeep knowledge of fraud prevention, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and AI applicationsStrong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SQL/data skills preferredCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll Mastercard employees must adhere to security policies, ensure confidentiality, report breaches, and complete mandatory security training.Similar JobCybersecurity Services Business Development, Senior Managing Consultant in Sao Paulo, Brazil
