At Aggreko, we provide energy solutions so communities can thrive and businesses can grow.We bring power, heat and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it.We are hiring immediately for an **Asset Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager**:- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers in Latin America.**Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the advantages and rewards.- Benefits in line with the local market.- Employee Assistance Program.- Participation in the Aggreko Bonus Plan.- Participation in the Vehicle Policy.- Culture focused on safety.**What you'll do**:- **Oversee regional demands** across Latin America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- ** Asset Performance Management**: Utilize data analytics and maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reliability.- ** Failure Analysis**: Identify root causes of asset failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- ** Risk Management**: Assess risks related to asset performance and develop mitigation strategies.- ** Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)**: Implement TPM strategies to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime.- ** Compliance and Standards**: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including ISO ****.- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Align asset management initiatives with organizational goals through collaboration with various departments.- ** Budget and Performance Reporting**: Oversee asset management budgets and provide regular reports on asset performance and improvement initiatives.**We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Fluent English for interaction with the global team and stakeholders.- Spanish desirable (fluent Spanish or fluent Portuguese depending on country of residence - Brazil, Mexico or Argentina).- Strong experience in asset performance management and continuous improvement.- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.- Familiarity with ISO **** standards and TPM practices.- Hybrid work schedule: Three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.Join us, bring your energy and develop your career.All our vacancies are also open to people with disabilities.LI-DN1LI-Hybrid**Equity, diversity and inclusion at Aggreko**We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people's unique skills, attitudes and experiences.We encourage everyone to be themselves at work because we know that's how we do our best, for each other, for our customers, for the communities where we work, and for our careers.
