Android Software Development EngineerAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced software development engineer to lead our mobile application development team using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.This is a unique chance to contribute to both Android and iOS codebases, architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications.Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping cross-platform architecture and delivering seamless user experiences.You will collaborate with our global engineering teams to analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.The ideal candidate will have experience with Jetpack Compose, modern Android architecture, and Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to join our collaborative engineering team.5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Experience with Android Launcher is a plus.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture.Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to iOS development is a plus.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Excellent time management and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives contributing to both Android and iOS codebases.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures ensuring high-quality user experiences.What You'll Get:A challenging role with opportunities for growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects.A competitive compensation package.
