Global Supply Chain ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global supply chain strategy and execution.
As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for building and executing a world-class supply chain that drives precision, agility, and strategic oversight.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments.
They should have a deep understanding of Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks.Inventory Optimization: Manage global inventory levels across multiple channels, ensuring we have the right products in stock at the right time.Demand Forecasting: Own demand forecasting, leveraging sales history, seasonality, and launches to inform production and procurement decisions.Fulfillment Scalability: Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets, ensuring seamless restocks and product transfers across regions.Supplier & Logistics Leadership: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, proactively managing lead times, quality, and cost.Visibility & Decision Support: Develop internal dashboards showing real-time inventory and supply chain health, tracking KPIs like inventory turnover, fulfillment times, landed cost, and aging inventory.Must-Haves:5+ years of supply chain experience in e-commerce or D2C environments.Deep familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks.Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics, from POs to last-mile delivery.Strong Excel/data skills, including pivot tables and demand modeling.Experience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flows.Personal Traits: Highly organized, comfortable owning processes end-to-end, strategic thinker, clear communicator, calm under pressure, and comfortable with complexity.
