Marketing Automation Engineer PositionWe are seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to join our team.As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data pipelines between various platforms.Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies to ensure seamless data flow.Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment.Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers.Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment.Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Designing and Maintaining Data PipelinesImplementing Real-Time and Batch Data Ingestion StrategiesManaging Customer Event Tracking and Identity ResolutionOrchestrating Personalized Marketing CampaignsEnsuring Data Integrity and Feedback LoopsAutomating Data Transformations and EnrichmentMonitoring System Performance and Troubleshooting Integration IssuesRequirements:4-6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architectureFamiliarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software EngineeringFluency in EnglishSoftware / Tools:Segment CDPBrazeSnowflakeScripting Languages (Python / JS)Other Critical Skills:Reverse ETLData Orchestration PlatformsCustomer Data Schema DesignConsent & Preference ManagementData modeling and ETL/ELT PipelineAPI Integrations / WebhooksCustomer journey mapping and automation logicBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits packageCareer development and training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based)Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned groupPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development
