Marketing Automation Engineer Position We are seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data pipelines between various platforms. Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies to ensure seamless data flow. Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment. Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers. Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment. Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Designing and Maintaining Data Pipelines Implementing Real-Time and Batch Data Ingestion Strategies Managing Customer Event Tracking and Identity Resolution Orchestrating Personalized Marketing Campaigns Ensuring Data Integrity and Feedback Loops Automating Data Transformations and Enrichment Monitoring System Performance and Troubleshooting Integration Issues Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering Fluency in English Software / Tools: Segment CDP Braze Snowflake Scripting Languages (Python / JS) Other Critical Skills: Reverse ETL Data Orchestration Platforms Customer Data Schema Design Consent & Preference Management Data modeling and ETL/ELT Pipeline API Integrations / Webhooks Customer journey mapping and automation logic Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Career development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development
